Having inventory issues

If there's a repeatable issue that can be labeled as a bug, then please use the issue tracker for the pack or the app at GitHub issue trackers - If there's no repository for a pack that means that the pack is old and/or will not be updated. Details of the issue:
i have about 176 mods installed on my minecraft client, and as per normal there are alot of key conflicts. My issue is, is that no matter what key i press, it automatically opens up the inventory. Even after i bind every single key to a differant key.. all of them still open up the inventory no matter what i do. It isnt exactly a crash report, so i cant post that, but i also have no idea where else to go other then here. So if anyone has any ideas, please help.​
