Having an issue crashing with FTB Unleashed 1.3

Every 3-5 iron I break with a Force Pick, enchanted with Speed(1 sugar) Heat and grinding, I crash. Here is the pastebin, if anyone would mind taking a look or have a solution...Thanks!
