GT/IC2 possible race condition?

sometimes when I load my server, the cables connecting to the generators won't actually connect. Other times, they work just fine. I assume there is some sort of race condition going on and one part of the mods isn't loading fast enough to make GT happy to connect to the ic2 cables. Any ideas on how I can fix this? maybe renaming a file or two to change the load order?

Ummm...I'm pretty sure IC2 is a dependancy anyways..so IC2 would have to load first. Anytime you reload a server, strange things could happen to the world. Mystcraft worlds, for example, fail to chunk load my quarry on the FTB:Ultimate correctly. I have to reseat the quarry to get it started again. Wooden waterproof pipes seem to struggle working when I reload a server...so annoying cause I get lots of memory leaks and I have to restart the server every few days.

This is a bug in certain development versions of IC2. Try downgrading to something older or upgrading to something newer.

I'm on build .374, which is reported to be the last stable build for 1.5.2, but it looks like it is not.
