Gregtech lags?

[Ca11 Me Karma]

So testing out some of the top tier machines. They're all Gregtech and they all cause some sort of framerate drop, but nothing else does. I place one down and move side to side I notice the framerate drops, I remove it and its fine. Any ideas on why this is happening or how to fix?

Hey again! So I've tested the Gregtech and it still seems to lag but heres the link for my console log hope it helps!

Is your launcher the only thing in your documents folder? If it is then you're fine. If not, you need to put your launcher in a folder by itself (Steps 7&8 of the guide)
Have you tried using Optifine?

Yes it is the only thing I have in the folder. *Quick Edit* I just installed optifine and it messed with a lot of textures in game I only was able to find the 1.4.6 version rather than what i'm running which is 1.4.7

That's no big deal, the 1.4.6 of just about everything is 1.4.7 compatible.

On the Minecraft forum I believe it was Download OptiFine 1.4.6_HD_U_D5
