Going from FTB 1.4.2 to DW20 1.4.6, will it break my map?

So, as I'm hungry for Redpower, I'm considering switching from FTB for 1.4.2 to DW20. Initially, it seems to have worked (did a backup of the save and just tested), but I'm wondering if I can assume it will be stable? Since it's an MP server (well, just me and my friend) I feel it'd be sad if everything was lost, but I'm too impatient to wait for FTB for 1.4.6.

I don't really know ATM, it depends on if DW20 configs are based on the original configs, but I'm pretty sure it WILL break your map.

Especially if you have GregTech stuff, GregTech isn't in DW20.
