When ever i die my player start spazzing out every time it happens.Anyone else having this problem.
 
It's Vanilla Minecraft "graphics glitch". Nothing else you can encounter this anytime in almost any Minecraft version. I saw that many many times.
 
I was getting that too. Just go to title screen and re join the world.
