I don't know what it's from, but I suspect it's the Xycraft Tanks. Could this be the case?
It's happening every time I enter the Nether.
EDIT: I tested it by disabling those Xycraft Tanks I had and the game doesn't crash when I enter the Nether. If this is happening in every pack that has Xycraft, it needs to be fixed.
EDIT 2: It may be that I'm experiencing lots of crashes due to the fact that I'm using the Chickencore Chunk Loader and have Xycraft Tanks.
