Chats between the FTB servers are linked to an online chat called IRC. This allows staff and/or players to monitor the servers. It allows staff and sometimes players to help people with questions or concerns. It is also a huge benefit to those having client side problems. They have the ability to log into our online chat, and get help setting themselves up to be able to run FTB, sometimes even with better performance.
