I've started messing around with the genepool to get rid of some of my surplus drones, and I thought I could just throw some in and walk away and let it do work. But instead I have to manually put in each bee and if I close the window before it gets finished it stops. I don't think that's how it's supposed to work from some videos I have seen, but I don't know how to fix it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It's a bug in the machine, however a buildcraft hopper will trigger the machine well enough that they will feed through. The six bees on the left will be stuck there, unprocessed, but new bees will feed through the hopper and be mulched into gene liquid.
