Windows .exe Game not launching

I've played Feed the Beast for more then a year now. And this is the first time I've got a problem with the launcher. Yesterday I upgraded the launcher to the latest version, since it asked me too. Now when I double click the launcher nothing happens. I don't even get a crash log or so. I've tried laucnhing it from different locations, but nothing happens. I also tried the .jar launcher but that doesn't work either.
I've got a 64-bit Windows 7 with 64-bit Java 1.7.45

You have multiple versions of java installed. Remove them so that so only have the 64bit one is only one.

I only have the 64-bit version of Java installed as I already explained. Something you could see in the pastebin log.

This error currently has only one known cause and that is having multiple versions of Java installed. Go into your Control Panel and ensure you do not have any other versions listed. If that is the only version listed then try this. Uninstall all versions of Java as well as any corresponding folders that might have Java installed, back them up to be safe. Then restart. This will flush Java completely out of your computer. Now install Java 7 update 45 64bit, then restart again.

I've updated the launcher to the new 1.3.1 release and now it's working again. Wasn't my Java, I only had 64-bit installed.
