Summary of the problem Game Freeze really often

Pack Version 1.5.3

What is the bug? I'm using 1.7.0 and the game freeze very often, is really stressfull.
PC: Minecraft on SSD
I7 4790k
16gb DDR3 2100
GTX 1060 (6gb)
Does this game need more than this?
I also tried the version: 1.6.1, same problem.
