I don't like the new website. It's too impersonal. And when they don't give enough info, I have to tell them to come back here to find out what is needed for a tech support thread.
I think there should be a formatted thread posting option here (similar to the one Technic uses) and an option to use the support site. Some people prefer sites like that, whereas others like myself, do not.
