Problem Game Crashing Immediately When I Open My World

Don't know if it matters but I was playing with a friend

The message client giving me is :
"
The game crashed whilst rendering block entity
Error: java.lang.RuntimeException: java.lang.IllegalStateException: Corrupted loading model stack: bibliocraft:block/bookcase.obj != efab:block/wheel.obj
"
I could not post the full message since it is longer than the chracater limit so I attached it.

Use MCEdit if you can't do it in-game
