Game crashes after entering the Minecraft server

If there's a repeatable issue that can be labeled as a bug, then please use the issue tracker for the pack or the app at GitHub issue trackers - If there's no repository for a pack that means that the pack is old and/or will not be updated. Bugs for older packs will not be fixed, unless they are critical.

This started to happen last night, and is still happening. I enter my Minecraft server and right away I crash. It says:
The game crashed whilst rendering entity in world
Error: java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Name and ID cannot both be blank
I try turning down my render distance all the way to 2 yet, it still crashes. I wasn't have this problem for a while now it randomly popped up. Is there some sort of fix?
