Details of the issue Whenever i try to connect to a server running the same version i get some mod rejections. Hopefully the log file from the server will be enough to say whats wrong.

Are you sure that the server is running the same version as you are?
 
Same issue for me. Worked fine unmodifed before update yesterday. Running my own server so after I ran into the errors, I deleted all files and directories and re downloaded latest server and client versions of FTB beyond. Client and server fail with mod incompatibility errors. Running on Linux for both client and server.

Create your own thread, fill out the form and provide logs.
 
@Ed_PlayZ what file are you using to start the server? It looks like you are running the minecraft server jar instead of forge from that log. You should be running ServerStart.bat or ServerStart.sh depending on if your system for the server is PC or Linux.
