FTB won't Launch

Recently I set up a server so my friend and I could play but when he tries to launch FTB it downloads the mod pack then black screens.
If anyone could take a look at the log and offer some fix suggestions that would be great.

Follow my trouble shooting steps located in the Google Doc I have linked in my signature.
Once completed, set your launcher to run as admin (just for good measure).
If you're still experiencing issues after those steps, please post a new log :)
