FTB will not launch any mod pack

If there's a repeatable issue that can be labeled as a bug, then please use the issue tracker for the pack or the app at GitHub issue trackers - If there's no repository for a pack that means that the pack is old and/or will not be updated. Bugs for older packs will not be fixed, unless they are critical.

I am giving any and all mods 8-12 gigs (Varying to see if its an issue with ram amount allocated) and several mods at 5 gigs.

If I do not have the minimal amount required I get the popup notifying that not enough ram has been allocated would you like to continue box.

Clicking play in that box or after enough ram has been allocated and just pressing play results in nothing happening.

Any help would be appreciated.

Edit: Found Issue.

Checked launcher logs and it states
SEVERE: Failed to read C:\Users\---\AppData\Roaming\FTBA\bin\launcher_profiles.json

Just taking and trying to use the one in minecraft or creating one from scratch results in nothing happening.
