FTB Unstable 1.10 (4.2.4) massive lags

When i install FTB Unstable 1.10 (4.2.4) and start a SP World, i get massive Lags when interacting with the World.

I can run around normally but when i dig up dirt or any other block i have >5 seconds lags before the block really disappears and drops so i can take it.
Animals move around really laggy, too.

Is this normal?
You cant play the modpack like that.

I can run FTB Infinity Clients and Server (SP and MP) without problems so i have no clue whats causing this.
