Windows .exe FTB Unleashed Server Crashing

So I am running a server on my PC. I am allowing it 4gig Ram and running:
Intel(R) Core(TM) 15-4670K CPU @ 3.40GHz
Ram: 8gig
OS: Win7 64bit

Not sure of the other stuff but yea.
I am running a server with a friend and by myself and it just constantly crashes, could take 1 min, and could take 10mins to crash but it always does :c

I attached the latest crash report so you know whats up :c

Add your ftb folder, include sub folders, to your exceptions list in your av program. If you don't know then google 'How to add an exception to [insert your av here]
