FTB Unleashed ID mismatches

I just updated my FTB Unleashed, and when I try to load my old world, it gives me a screen saying there is multiple ID mismatches, I don't want to corrupt my world, so is there any way to get around this?

This isn't going to be a problem for you. Basically, these are things from OCS which are going away because OCS is not in the newer version.

This will not corrupt your world, this will simply delete the items which no longer exist.
