FTB unleashed game freeze

hello, i have 2 problems.
The first one is that ftb takes forever to go to the main minecraft menu (ftb unleashed).
The second problem is that my game freezes on random moments when i'm playing on the server of my friend, i need to use task manager to close it, and then this crash report is made.

For the first, exactly how much time does "takes forever" equate to. It can take up to 5 minutes to load on average systems. If set up properly, on a newer system, it should not take longer than 2 minutes due to the amount that needs to be loaded.
