Posting it in this part of the forum to, hoping for a quick fix 
The FTB Launcher does not properly download the Unleashed 1.1.3 Pack.
It downloads the 1st file (131mb)
Then it goes on to the 2nd file (9mb?) and halts on completion, giving a "ModPack can not be downloaded error."
I tried rebooting etc. it did not change this.
I did not bother to pastebin it, as I think its a small enough thing, and probably comes with an easy fix / solution?
