There's only one answer to the question "why is X mod not in Unhinged?"

The answer is "because Greg said so." He picked the mods for that pack.

Should work perfectly fine as long as there's no ID conflicts. Extra Bees includes Greg-only bees, so it'd be kinda weird if the mod weren't even compatible.
