FTB Ultimate Tech Support

I have uploaded a error report from my FTB Ultimate server, it just today started crashing, and I don't understand enough about it to know what is wrong. It seems to only load the chunk around the player joining.

Any advice would be helpful. I apologize if this isn't the correct spot, but I am rather new to this.

This appears to be a problem with an Easter Egg from Railcraft. You need to edit the config referenced in this post.
