FTB Ultimate Server host for 2 or 3 max..

I was wondering if anyone could suggest a cheap(price, not quality) server host for a small server for me and a couple friends. It's not going to be used 24/7, as he only plays casually. When I say a couple, I actually mean 1 other friend, but maybe 2 if we can get another friend to come play. I tried hosting on my machine and he tried hosting on his, but in our area, upload speeds are horrible, even for businesses. Thanks in advance.
 
This is the cheapest i found but you may consider waiting on others to reply because i'm not sure it´s one of the cheapest.

Thanks, this seems to be exactly what I'm looking for. I'll keep this open for a bit longer, but it fits the bill.
