FTB Ultimate Reloaded "Server Closed" issue.

We wanted to play FTB Ultimate Reloaded and we created a server by linux. When we play like an hour, it crashes and says "server closed". We get this crash every hour but we couldn't solve it. So we need help about it. btw we have 6 gb ram on server.
What is the problem, can sb help?
