FTB Trident Server Set Up

Hello! I'm new to FTB and my friends and I have recently fell in love with the idea of playing on an FTB Trident server. The thing is, I do not know how to make the server. I am on a Mac so it may make things complicated, but I have an Attack of the BTeam and Vanilla server that I set up myself, but I just cannot set up the Trident server. Any help?
