This is normal. Just don't touch it and wait about a minute. I just quickly scrolled down your log so i might have missed some errors, but I didn't see any.

One thing I would suggest you do is remove your exisiting 32bit java and install the 64bit version because if you want to play the 1.6 packs you will need to allocate more memory than the 1gb allowed with 32bit java.
