FTB slow when disconnected from internet

Details of the issue When I start the game, I'm connected to internet to validate my credentials, but then internet connection is no more required, so I turn off it. Recently when it's disconnected, main menu, item conduit configuration menu and also the inventory are very slow to open. If I reconnect to internet, the game work fine.
My computer specs:
Intel core i7 7700HQ
16 GB RAM DDR4/ 10 GB for the game
Nvidia MX 150
So it's not due to my pc. I use Java 64 bit.
And in log file there's nothing related to this
