Bug FTB Sky factory 2.5 issues with crafting on server

Not sure if this is in the right section, but I'm a server admin and there seems to be some recipes missing for the server version, like for example I am unable, nor anyone on the server, to take iron blocks and turn them into iron ingots, likewise some ingots cant turn into nuggets, I have tried single player that works fine no issues, any thoughts to what could cause this and how I could fix it?

I believe this is a bug with MineTweaker3 on non-windows platforms, where the scripts are not being read in strict alpha order. Apparently windows returns the file list to the java call sorted, and on linux it returns the list in native filesystem order. I submitted a bug report on the MT3 github - he just needs to explicitly sort the returned list of files and then it would behave the same on all platforms.

If you are still continuing to have this issue. Update your Sky Factory to 2.5.1 it's fixed and you do not need to edit configs anymore.
