Bug FTB Sky Factory 2.5 crash after loading full map

My friend has an server and we played normally. He startet to build a reactor from the mod "Big Reactors" and when he was finished, he placed a transfer node and since this, the game crash after the full map is loaded. We tested it also in singleplayer.
