The one I play on currently has Applications closed.
But if you go over there while the Owner is online and kiss up (like my new friend chken2bad2 did [truthfully, too, he really did admire the work of the owner]), you may or may not get accepted.
Chken2bad2 was accepted.
But I don't know how anyone else will be received.
