FTB Server Problems On startup

I run a VPS server with McMyAdmin and I installed the ftb files stuff on it I renamed the jar and everything to the required name. I press start server and it says this error http://pastebin.com/FrRQC42i. before I ran a vanilla minecraft and vanilla minecraft server and it ran fine. But as soon I tried to run FTB Ultimate it just doesn't start
