"FTB server" Animal and Creeper LAG! Any mod Pack

SP on any Mod Pack, Everything is fine.. MY FPS is awesome and everything runs smooth...


I run a Server, and creepers and animals teleport/glide all over the place. MY FPS on the server is great. I have plenty of memory with almost no CPU usage.

I tried just about every mod pack
I tried Removing mods like thaum, Myst, etc.... Still nothing
NOTHING is running in the background
I even tried running the default texture pack, so I know its the server itself.

I have the latest Java
I have an AMD ph II X4
ATI 5870

I have easily run 80+ mods w/o a problem before with people on the server.. I'm new to FTB and these are issues with just me on the server.

UPDATE****

Decided to go with a more powerful server tool... no lag found whatsoever on ANYTHING... Thinking its an optimization error within FTB...
