Hello, I've been having issues with my UI. My character's hand, tools get overlapped by blocks I walk up against. And my item bar overlaps JEI's search bar, the search bar still works but it's overlapped. I've tried anything I can think of but I'm out of ideas, maybe someone else as a fix?

I attached some screenshots since I'm sure my descriptions are terrible

Are you using a very small screen or very low resolution?

Are you using optifine? (if yes, remove that and try again)
