Problem FTB Revelations Server Crashing / Can't Keep Up

I have played on this server for a few months in the past without any problems but it has been having issues more recently with skipping ticks. The problem occurs right after the server is started and no one is in the world. Shortly after the WatchDog will halt the server for being too far behind. The server has plenty of RAM allocated to it. The crash log can be seen in the pastebin link below. If anyone can spot the issue or provide any recommendations it would be greatly appreciated.
