Well, Revelation has "The One Probe" which is designed to be an alternative to WAILA; there is currently no 1.12 version of WAILA available, although HWYLA is a fork of Waila that someone has produced, which IS available for 1.12.
HWYLA is as good as WAILA, but if you're really interested in the WAILA look, open your mod options, find One Probe and one of the options is to configure it into looking like WAILA.
