Bug FTB Revelation - Leveling doesn't work/show up after different portals

Hey there,
I and my friends have a problem on our server with FTB Revelations installed: When I go through a portal (Nether, Dark Portal etc.) my level is disappearing. I build an EXP shower and when I go back to my house (go through the portal again) I can't gain any EXP. After a while I could level again but before that the EXP bar shows zero and display not even a level like I have zero EXP...
Want to level up some items so its a huge impact on my gameplay

By the whay there are plently of other bugs like every second i start the game i get no sound and must reload the ressources with F3 + T. With the insane long loading time these really suxx
