Details of the issue I have a server with the most current version of FTB Revelation installed. Everyone seems to be able to log in properly except one person recently started getting the error message of [Netty Client IO #4/ERROR] [FML]: NetworkDispatcher exception
java.io.IOException: An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host

Once the player logs in, the almost immediately get booted. Any clues as to what can be done to fix this? Thanks!

Edit: The same thing happens when the player tries to play other mod packs as well

Without log files from client there not much anyone can help you with.

Need more information. The cause can be firewall on computer/router, virus, poor internet connection, etc. A quick google search and you see there everything under the sun that could fix it.
