Bug FTB Revelation crashes.

If there's a repeatable issue that can be labeled as a bug, then please use the issue tracker for the pack or the app at GitHub issue trackers - If there's no repository for a pack that means that the pack is old and/or will not be updated. Bugs for older packs will not be fixed, unless they are critical.

So I've been playing a bt of FTB Revelation but when i tried adding 2 mods it started up fine at first but then when minimising and going back into the game it crashes, I'm also not sure but it seems to start when my Streamlabs OBS is open as well. I tried getting rid of the mods and reinstalling minecraft but neither of those seem to work.
