Problem ftb revelation crash

i was in my survival ftb revelation and went to the nether it wasnt the first time going to the nether all was fine before but when i went in i just saw like i was in a red block and my game crashed and when i log in this always happen

my game crashed in the loading going to the nether now when i log in my screen is red and it crashes (better explained)
