Ftb monster saving/backup

Recently started hosting a server from my home on a dedicated machine. what do you guys use for routine saving and backing up that works with feed the beast monster pack?

I personally downloaded and used this particular server-side mod for routine saves and backups with any FTB server I tend to host.

You will have to go into the configs to tell it where to put your backups of course and how frequently to backup etc, but it's fairly straight foward in use.

if you have a dedicated machine,search the forum, there is a thread with scripts you can use to make a backup fast and simple.

I run my FTB Monster Server with McMyAdmin.
It has a great backup feature built right into it.

Personally, I would recommend writing (or googling and finding) your own backup script / software.
The reason I think this is because this script works externally from the Minecraft server instance and isn't dependent on it being running, so should the server crash you'll still get the scheduled backup you're used to.
Also, scripts are very customisable with little programming experience whatsoever, however, mods/plugins aren't.
There are many resources on the internet for Linux and Windows sytems alike to automate backups of a directory, so I'd recommend going down that route.

I've been using minebackup for yars and it works perfectly
