Windows .exe FTB Monster problem.

I have FTB Monster installed on my PC. Everytime I go to load it though it takes about an hour to load and when it does load and I start a world it goes from 20fps to 0fps and it won't go any higher. I experience very crappy lag and I was wondering if there is any way to fix this. I am running a 64 bit java on a 64 bit OS and have allocated 3.5 gigs of RAM to the game.

Can you post your console log to pastebin.com?

You can also try using the JVM arguments in Eyamaz's thread, to see if they help you any.
