Has anyone else ran into a issue with their ME Autocrafting system that it will not autocraft Applied Energistic items?
 
... I can't even figure out how to automate the construction of the 64K drives FOR my ME system, much less set up automated crafting. :/

On the other hand, I did manage to get a Quantum Bridge set up and it is beautiful.
 
Sometimes autocrafting gets stuck in AE. Try removing and replacing a cable or anything.
Are you sure that it only affects AE items?
