FTB Modpacks keeps redownloading

FTB Modpacks keeps redownloading​

Details of the issue:
Every time I launch FTB it redownloads the modpack even though my mods are in the specified FTBInfinity folder. Also when I go onto multiplayer it says I have no mods enabled but if I click onto the server I want it loads up perfectly with all mods added.​
