When I start up a mod pack like new world I only get minecraft none of the mods please help me. and other mod packs have an error with the minecraft version

I'm having the same issue... I even have downloaded the latest minecraft version to the New World folder and it's still asking me to download the latest version on launch screen. None of the mods are showing up at all..

I've downloaded Yogcraft previously and it works just fine, it's just New World giving me issues
