FTB Launcher won't start correctly

So I've just tried to shift over to the FTB launcher from twitch after seeing the contract/agreement end (a bit late on my part), and the FTB launcher won't start. I open the application from downloads and it stops on "downloading pack data", with the console log below. Any help or insight into this would be greatly appreciated.
