FTB Launcher help

Hello, for quite awhile now I've been unable to play any of the FTB mod packs due to an error of some sort where any of the mod packs launched (I've tested this with multiple and will be using the Direwolf20 pack as an example.) open as a tiny window in the top left corner of the screen:

but when opened it does not load and remains a blank page:

I've uploaded a couple screenshots of the problem above to better explain what keeps happening. I've tried deleting all mod pack files from my computer and then doing the same with the FTB launcher and then re downloading all of it but this has not helped in anyway so far. If anyone could please help me with this that would be great, I love FTB and being unable to play because of this has been such a bummer, thank you for reading.

I haven't see this issue, or experienced it, so I want to make sure it doesn't still occur after troubleshooting.
