FTB Launcher doesn't launch

Title FTB Launcher doesn't launch

Launcher Type FTB Launcher

Modpack none

Modpack version none

Have you modified the pack? No

Details of the issue After deciding to return to minecraft after a long hiatus and a new computer, I download the minecraft launcher and download minecraft 1.10.2 and download the FTB launcher to play a new modpack maybe with friends. However, I am struck with this error message and do not know what to do, please help.
