Details of the issue:

My launch is not loading, I have tryed Java Versions 7, 8_91,8_91 64Bit, 8_92, 8_92 64Bit. All I get when I click on the .exe or .jar is my desktop, I have to go into task manager to close the Java(TM) Platform SE binary which runs, I have tryed turning off my anti-virus and all that. I'm running Windows 10, the lastest GPU drivers, I'm lost for what it could be now. I have a log file but its basically pointless just telling me everything I already know with no hints to the problem.​

If you have a log file then please upload it maybe someone else can use it to find out what is wrong because currently we have not enough information.
